Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to sell you an eSIM and support you on your trip.

What we collect

• Email address — collected at payment, used to deliver your eSIM and for order support.
• Order details — plan, quantity, price paid, and the device type you selected at the compatibility check.
• eSIM technical data — the identifiers our carrier partner issues (ICCID, activation code) and aggregate usage figures, so we can show your remaining data.
• Basic analytics — page views and anonymised campaign attribution (UTM tags). No advertising profiles.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no passwords, no card details (payment is handled entirely by Stripe), and no browsing or location data from your eSIM — we can see how much data a plan has used, never what it was used for.

Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our wholesale eSIM carrier partner — to provision your eSIM (they receive no personal details beyond the order itself).
• Postmark — transactional email delivery.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time: hello@esimflorida.com.
