These terms cover your purchase and use of eSIM data plans from esimflorida.com ("we", "us"). Buying a plan means you accept them.
Prepaid eSIM data plans for use in the United States, delivered digitally by email and on your order page as a QR code and activation details. Plans provide mobile data only — no US phone number, calls or SMS. Your existing number keeps working for WhatsApp, iMessage and similar apps over data.
Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. We ask you to confirm both before payment. If installation fails on a compatible, unlocked device, our refund policy applies.
Plans must be installed within 180 days of purchase. A plan's validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a US network. Daily plans provide their stated allowance per calendar day for the stated number of days. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and has no cash value.
Data runs on major US mobile networks via our wholesale carrier partners. Speeds and coverage depend on the network, location and congestion, and are not guaranteed. Hotspot use is allowed within your allowance. Resale of plans is not permitted.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling; your bank or payment provider may present a converted local amount at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, device faults, or roaming settings on your device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights.
